OUR TEAM

As a third generation business owner, Joel merges new technology with old-fashioned work ethic. The Bell family companies (S.J. Bell Construction and Bell Bros. Inc.) have been installing underground utilities in the DC/MD/VA area since the 1950’s.  Joel and his brother (Jonathan Bell) have created B.E.C. to continue the family general contracting tradition and taking it to the next level with engineering services.
